My opinion is that SHC's cost 2 points to much. In rev 6, the 4 point
upgrade costs between EHC and SHC was valid, as SHC's counted shielded all the
time,
except to crossbow. Once Rev 7 came out, the costs remained the same, but
SHC's now had a shieldless penalty.

If you disagree, I can point out the total lack of SHC based armies
competitively.
