Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

I've been pondering the ORDERS section of the rules a bit lately, and in
particular looking at 4.53 "Signals". I'm wondering which of the following
would count as legitimate signals, noting that in my observation players treat
_all_ of the following as legitimate signals:
- An enemy body has crossed the center line;
- An enemy body has advanced to have a friendly body within the enemy body's
charge range;
- An enemy body has been fired upon in prep shooting;
- A particular, designated friendly body has made an advance towards a visible
enemy;
- An enemy body has entered a terrain feature.
