I know that Warrior was tested to work with a range of army sizes in
points, and that the number of maneuver elements (units &
detachments) allowed in each list was determined through experience.
Perhaps some of those with playing experience might be interested in
expounding (so this isn't a design philosphy question on how
changes in point size affects the playability of a given command
structure.
For instance, if you designed an army of 1000 points having a certain
number of units, and then went to 1600 points but kept the same
number of units, what happens to the way the army plays? Vice versa?
Has any thought been given running games where the number of units
required is specified (lots vs few) in order to give a "more
tactical" or "more operational" feel to the way the battle plays?

reversal in the heroin addiction, syphilis, violent crime, and
political corruption spawned by the last 30+ years of liberal
Democrat autocracy.
