Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

I notice the BHGS still has 7th ed tourney rule/interps. They have
some tables which appear helpful- showing charge cancellation, charge
bonus, and impetuous bonuses. But I wonder if the relationships
shown are the same in Warrior? I can't paste the tables into the
email...
