				| Reading some battle reports, I'm getting the feeling that one of the
important parts of tactical game planning is setting up cavalry
charges through infantry units. Or at least being constantly aware
that it is allowed by the rules, so you should memorize the "pros &
cons" checklist in order to decide whether you want to do it when it
 is possible.

And as a defender, the need to look out for what's behind the unit
 you are facing.

This just doesn't happen in DBx, except for "impetuous" charges, but
the mechanical tricks for making such charges suicidal are well
known, so it really doesn't happen in DBx.

I wouldn't have said a major issue, other than a huge factor in
the skirmish battle - being aware that LC who do not rout their
LI opponents at first contact may well find themselves facing
 heavier cav next bound.

Being able to charge through routing loose formation troops is
sometimes useful, but you have to have routers in the first place!

Yes - again, especially in the skirmish screen battle.
