Doug,
The short answer is that I did not even consider terrain back
then. (I was in my "I want a clear board, it is tough enough chasing
down those horsies when my foot are moving 120 paces." phase.)
However, since all of the terrain sizes are defined in "paces" and
that was how I was measuring the ground scale they should be congruent.
