Hi Jon,

When purchasing Temporary fortifications, such as a wagon laager, you have to
sell a unit in your army and use the points from that to buy the fortifications.
Are you also able to utilise unusded points from your army list. For example,
lets say you spent 1198 points in a 1200 point army, can you use the extra 2
points to help buy fortifications?
