These are interesting and certainly may be debated here. But as core rules,
they are not changing. We are revising the text for readability and making
some changes to 14 and to 18, but this is not a 'new edition' full of core
changes.

Can we have "American Leagues" rules, the DH one year (Two army
lists) and "National League" rules (the Iron Man, one list) another?
Both add an interesting flavor to our tournaments; one should not
exclude the other.>>
