The same army lists and X-rules as posted before still apply. The only
difference is that Mark Stone will be adminstering and umping the theme. He
graciously offered to do this so that I can play in a Theme event that is one of
my favorites. Alas, I've already loaned out my only decent looking 25mm army
for the Theme (Galatians) but that's okay since I'll be playing my sentimental
favorite army, Asiatic Early Successor, the Antigonus and Demetrius ride again!
I look forward to many recreations of Ipsus, only with the *right* side winning
this time:)Smile:)

Thanks to Mark for doing this.

scott

Someone's running Galatians in 25mm *despite* the non-cancelled charges of
pikemen? Now there's brave Wink.

Ewan--

If you'll recall your last two reviews of my NICT lists I'm a sucker for
hopeless causes.

Besides, Alexander can't be everywhere and the various chariot options should
make things interesting. Fast, but interesting.

Ah, Sir Grimmett.

All is now clear Wink.

Alex would actually not be my worry; it'd be the phalanx getting three
ranks against the infantry rather than 2, as well as a charge bonus. Very
different matchup. But I agree that you should be having plenty of kibitz
time either way.

I imagine that I'm going to drag out my old 15mm Seleucid lead. Once I
get a copy of the CW book, that is Smile. I may just drag it all along and
make up a list on the Thursday night!

Ewan--

My read is Alex is my worry. Any unit within 140p of the young lad is never
uneasy.

Other pike are "manageable" as long as I keep a chariot within 240p. Uneasy
pike still have their charge cancelled by impetuous foot.

Or have I misread something?

No, that's all true (at least to my reading, too). And Alex only works
that way if he's pretty vulnerable, right?
