The use or non-use of pre-set terrain in a tourney or other event has nothing
to do with the Warrior rulebook, of course. The feature placement system is
no more than a method put there for when players have nothing else to refer
to and want something to help them quickly get terrain set up. It is in no
way 'required'.

A campaign to get NASAMW to use preset terrain in Warrior (esp. Fast Warrior)
tourneys and events has my 110% support, and I am still trying to get the
Society leadership to tell me who the regional coordinator for the midwest is
so we might tap into that money for that purpose.
