Waver test, you mean...lol

See 11.1 last paragraph.
"If a body that has made a decision about an action as a result of prep shooting
is later UNAVOIDABLY prevented from
performing the instruction, it still must take a waver test at the moment it
becomes apparent it cannot follow through with the decision"

So, yes, he owed me another one. I didn't make an issue of it as the game was
over at that point, and I didn't want it to seem like rubbing salt in the wound,
but in retrospect should have since new guys were watching and it was a good
opportunity to teach.

Thanks, Chris for bringing this up. You know the rules better than any of our
other new players and are to be commended for reading them as carefully as you
do.
