Warrior Rules at Historicon 05

It is our intent to have the revised rulebook available for purchase at
Historicon 05. However, as it will not have been available to players, it will
not be in force during Hcon 05 tournaments .

What will be in force:
-The original rulebook (the ‘white’ rulebook)
-The Warrior Clarifications – available on both our website and in the files
section of our yahoo group. This will be updated about mid May and the most
current version will be in effect at the con.
-Warrior 1214. Currently, Warrior 1214 (dated 7 Dec 04) is available in the
files section and is in play. A new .pdf of the revised 12.0 and 14.0 (the
pages from the new rulebook) will be made available about mid-end of May and
that version will be in force at Hcon. The biggest change to 14.0 is that while
players may exceed the stated points limit of a tournament by the cost of the
cheapest element they take, they give 5 times the overage to their opponent as
game points. For example, if you have a 1605 point list, you will give 25
points to your opponents.
