The start time of this event is 6pm on Friday the 10th. I would recommend to
Scott that we remain flexible given the out of staters and traffic and workday,
etc. We need to get two rounds done that evening, but I would strongly suggest
delaying if necessary to make sure we get people into the event who might be
struggling to get here.

Folks who are coming and who are cutting it close or delayed should feel
confident that we will accomodate them.

Jon

Given that one of those people would be me, yes, delay is good. I don't know
when I'll get out of here on Friday--4pm at the latest, hopefully earlier than
that. Since I'll need to put out terrain cloths, player sheets, etc., even if I
arrive at 6pm, we won't start for at least 15 minutes. I'll try to get there
earlier but can make no promises. 7pm start time would be better fwiw.

Kelly or Jon,

Can you give me a strip map from the airport to the Borderwars location.
I am attending a conference at the Airport Mariott Mon through Fri and need to
drive down for the tourney.

Jamie

Take I29 south out of the airport. Stay on it and it will become I35 S.

At the Best Western Inn & Conference Center in Kansas City, Kansas, Located
at the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Southwest Boulevard.
Once on I-35 South, follow these directions:
Go south at Exit 234-Rainbow Boulevard/US-169 and continue south until you
come to the stop light at Southwest Boulevard. Proceed south about a block to
Applebee's on your right (west side of street). Turn into Applebee's parking
lot. The convention center is on the other side of Applebee's.

Patrick and I are coming. We will be doing our best to be there plenty
early. Nice to have the cushion though.

Thanks jon! I was hoping you would see it that way, which proves once again that
Tennessee football and not Texas football is prevalent!

Don,

Most important thing is for you and Pat to get here safely. Be safe
my friends.
