Everybody: I'm forwarding this email to the two lists for your replies. Know
anybody near Cincy that plays 7th?

I am starting to paint my first 25mm WRG army. I have never played and
I am confused as to the points I should build this army. 1200, 1500,
1600?

NASAMW's two singles events are at 1200 and 1600 points. Most people in 25mm
shoot for 1200 first with an aim for a 1600 point list at some point. Please
keep in mind that 7th ed has been purchased by me and three others and we're
republishing it later this year. Updated army lists will also be part of the
publication process. If you would like a draft copy of WARRIOR (the name of the
new rules set), go to the egroups web site for WARRIOR, we've got a copy there.

Do you have any suggestions.... Also, what is the best way to learn how
to play?

Find someone who knows the game. Worst case, find someone else who's willing to
learn and try it on your own. The WARRIOR draft will make it much easier for
two total novices to learn the game if early feedback is to be believed.

Don't hesitate to post questions to the two email lists. Collectively we can
help you thru the rough spots.

I live in Cincinnati.

Thanks for your help!

Jim Fox

If youre looking for an opponent in the Cincy area, the first person to speak
to is Dick Hurchanik, his home phone is 513 7266184 and his woork phone is
523 867 1717. He plays and I am sure would love a new opponent.
