On the new quick reference sheet the factor for shooting at EHI and LHI is the same at. This is a change from the previous rule book, is this correct?

Yeah, I just caught that - the whole line is off by one position. The QRS that is in the rulebook is totally hosed - don't use it. I am gathering up all the problems and will get a corrected one out once I think we have them all. Please be patient.
