In HW 22 Serbian Vlastelini are IB L, B, Sh that can be upgraded to EHK L, Sh. Likewise the Serbian ally general is IB L, B, Sh that can be upgraded to EHK L, Sh. The Vlastelini are not prohibited in this list from having a mixed EHK/EHC unit as they are in HW 20. This leads to the odd situation where an ally general joined to the Vlastelini at the start of the game must be all EHC or all EHK whereas Vlastelini on their own can be mixed EHK/EHC. So with regard to this list should...
A) I Play the list as written....everything is as it should be.
B) There be a list rule prohibiting any mixed EHK/EHC units as in
HW 20
C) There be a list rule specifically allowing the EHK ally general to join EHC Vlastelini
D) I take a closer look at the list and rules because my assumptions are fundamentally flawed
Thanks!

Yes they are prohibited. Scott posted errata to this effect for this list a month or two ago. See http://www.fourhorsemenenterprises.com/holy.htm.
