OGS,

You're not entirely correct...as the rules on charges describe...but then this is the Rules section of the forum, and answering any rules issues is entirely and only Jon's responsibility. Anything else merely becomes confusing.

Thanks Frank.

I was referring to a local issue of players manipulating charges moves to hit flanks or most desirable targets - basically charge naything that would likeley evade then hit the target you meant to hit - a bit of a gyp but hard to manage "But I am charging and I WANT to do this!!" Players with bendy rulers are loads of fun - we usually set up chairs and eskies loaded with beer to watch the fisticuffs at tournaments.

Kindest Regards

OGS

I certainly understand...OGS...but a player can declare a charge, with a wheel, and an initial target...and if non-impetuous hit some other unit, even on the flank (if impetuous they have to do their best to follow and hit the original evading unit).

Charge resolution is one of the most complicated sections of our rules...but very fairly resolve...Jon deserves a great deal of credit for fixing them.
