This will apply to the Theme only. It's basically another bullet on page 25, 5.11 Eager.
Bodies are eager while any of the following apply (new bullet):
If the body is entirely Reg B.

Hi Scott, will the Barbarian playtest rules be in effect for Historicon?
How did that go, by the way, at Cold Wars?
I couldn't go.
Noel. |

There will be some form of barbarian playtest rules at Hcon.
We're just not sure what they'll be.
The rules we used at Cold Wars worked fine but upon further analysis and playtest reports, they have some issues which result in results we don't like--I'm not going to get into that here. As a result, we're working on something different to playtest for Hcon. It will be based around the same concept as before, that being large blocks of barbarian foot. It will be limited to the same armies and line items as Cold Wars. It will be used in the Mini, Theme and Open (not the NICT). If you concocted a list based on the CW Playtest Rules, the same list should apply here.
So count on something. We'll get it to you as soon as we can. We've been in nonstop online consultation on this since Cold Wars.

Scott,
Does this mean that bodies that are entirely Reg B will act as though they are Reg A's?

No, under this particular rule a body that is entirely Reg B is merely eager, like a body whose front rank is entirely Irr B, or that see the army standard appropriately advancing, etc.
That Reg B body can still be made uneasy, now requiring two causes.
This is unlike Reg A, which are NEVER uneasy, no matter what (isolated on the battlefield, tired, disorded, elephants to the front, chariots to the rear, etc.)

So Frank,
Are you saying that by merely being disordered, that can be a cause of unease?
Thanks for your explanation, by the way.

No, my parenthetical is a mere statement of the lengths of extreme distress a unit might occupy, which could include its being disordered.
But, disorder does not render a body so disordered uneasy. Disorder of friendly units nearby MAY render a particular body unsupported, check the morale rules for support (5.1.3.1 page 26.)
