Page four of 'Holy Warrior' States, “Unless otherwise specified in a specific list, no army can have more than 4 generals regardless of how many are listed.” Is the CinC included as part of that maximum?

Does this apply to the Knights of Saint John specifically. I seem to recall a conversation with the main list writer where the KoSJ could have more.

Main list writer? Crazy talk.

However, the actual list itself does indeed permit 6 generals as an exception to the rule.

He did help us, yes, as many have. But no one but FHE is an authority on what our lists do or should say.

I would spend my time reading the list for what is possible in the list.....

Actually I have read the list and wanted to point out that one could have up to 6 generals, but the way the answer by Horseman Scott was written, I thought I could be wrong, so I posted my thoughts as a question. Thanks for you quick response.
