Hi Jon,
Question. If CinC command is on wait and signal to change to attack is CinC begins moving forward. Is following correct?
Units in CinC command change to attack as soon as they see him move - don't have to wait for orders transmitted.
Adjacent command units have to wait for orders to be retransmitted unles they are in line of sight of CinC when he begins to move forward.
Thanks,
John Garlic |

First, your example means that the CINC's command has WAIT *and* so do more than one other commands - that's cool. But just being clear that you have mutliple wait orders in your example.
The order change takes effect next turn - the rule is:
"Changes to ATTACK when any of the command’s bodies
charge or a pre-defined signal (4.53) is seen by its general,
or unreliability is resolved (4.12). Units obey next bound
without re-transmission by messenger."
This would apply when any general with Wait and that signal saw the signal - next bound they would obey. _________________ Roll Up and Win! |
