We were playing Arab Conquest recently. An Irr MI unit had tethered it's camels as an obstacle and was attacked in the rear and side several turns later. The question is:

Does the Arab unit still receive the +2 for defending an obstacle and are close infantry and cav still disordered when they attack in this circumstance?

They do not get the benefit when attacked on a facing where the camels are not.
