Hello,
As this might get lost in my earlier post, I thought I would ask it here as well.
Do Legionaries that replace an element in contact (Page 140 point 2) count HTW because they count as in first contact?

Hello Scott,
Thanks. No nuance intended. I know that list rules can override the main body of rules. However, quite a few of these specifically state which rules they are an exception to, this one doesn't.
Now it does.
As where I live there is no other warrior gamers and no-one to clarify anything and as it makes quite a difference to the way things go in combat I just wanted it specifically stated for a friend of mine who is using his Ancient British v Imperial Roman in his first game of Fast Warrior tomorrow. Having read through the intro battle in the files, they are the ones who want to try out a game using the Roman Infantry Rules, not me.
