Todd the gods ARE with you.
But I have a question. You mentioned that the HC are not good. My question is Why would you get any? Are they good against LI. But wouldn't LC do the same.?? In my list I am thinking of getting more LC. For scouting but also to drive away LI.
Also, Dave. Your peltasts and your LI are really the same. Why do you have some labeled Peltasts and others LI. Would be better to give the peltasts LTS also.
Todd, I will take that idea of only MI Hoplites and think about it.

Per Todd, the 4E HC unit is useless. However, two 2E HC units have some meaning. If you intersperse them between infantry blocks, they can make LI and more importantly, LMI "honest" in that they can charge them, forcing a waver check.

Granted, that's a one trick pony useage for them but if you hafta have em...

I think I will use that in my list of Spartans. HC between the blocks. This thread has been most helpful to me I hope Dave finds it as well. I looked at Chris's list and I was wondering would you use alot of terrain with that list ??
I will try Todd's idea of all MI Hoplites. Save points and get more units.
