This updates the info currently on the NASAMW site and posted in a previous thread here in the Events section. Ignore that other stuff (until the NASAMW site is updated).

Umpire for the theme is tentatively....Dave Stier! That isn't to say I might not need another potential ump as Dave isn't 100% sure he can make it to Hcon. Lemme put this another way, somebody has to ump the Theme. I'm playing in it and will not ump it.

Okay, here's the latest.

Army Lists:

These will be from Imperial and Feudal Warrior as published.

Dark Age Warrior will be from the upcoming downloadable version. Look for it sometime in April. Don't panic if you're putting together an army, the basics will stay the same. The old version of DAW will not be allowed. Spread the word.

Special Rules:

X 5.11, 6.11 and 6.2 will be used.

X 6.45 (EHC Skirmish) will not in used in the Theme (it will be in the Mini and NICT).

Barbarian Infantry Rules will be used.

360p rear zone for 15mm only.

Imperial Warrior

29 Gepid: No Sarmatians/Huns/Byzantines.
30 Early Franks et. al.: No Alans.
36 Later Visigothic: No Byzantines.

Dark Age Warrior

1 Scots-Irish: No Romans.
2 Picts
3 Early Saxon, et. al.
4 Merovingian Frank
5 Italian Ostrogothic: No Huns/Byzantines.
6 Romano-British
7 Sub-Roman British: No more than 8 Alan LC.
8 Early Welsh
9 Breton
10 Early Lombard: No Avars/Bulgars.
13 Slav: No Pechenegs/Magyars.
18 Carolingian Frank
20 Andalusian: No HK/Berbers.
21 Feudal Spanish: No HK/EHK/Berbers/Almughavars.
22 Early Serb/Croatian
23 Italian Lombard: No Avars/Bulgars/Magyars/Byzantines.
27 Viking
29 Norman/Western Frank
30 Russ: No Bulgars/Pechenegs.
31 Pre-Feudal German: No HK.
32 Pre-Feudal Scot: No HK.

Feudal Warrior

1 Prussian: No Lithanians/Pomeranians; Any infantry may use the Barbarian Infantry rules.
5 Early Polish: Early Period Only; No HK/EHK; No more than 8 Pechenegs. Polish Infantry units not armed with B may use the Barbarian Infantry rules.
7 Early Russian - No more than 8 Svoi Pogyane; No HK/EHK; No Lithuanians/Hungarians/German Mercenary Knights/Polovtsi; Smerdy infantry/Woodsmen may use the Barbarian Infantry rules.
10 Scots Isles and Highlands - NO HK/EHK; Any infantry may use the Barbarian Infantry rules. No EHI.

perhaps also No Pechenegs on Early Polish? ...as that sort of thing has been pulled from the other lists.

What is X-rule 6.2? (helpful to state briefly the X-rule in reference above...)

Not eliminated entirely, instead limited to 8 similar to LC numbers in Early Russian and Sub-Roman British.
