i read the list errata for marian roman from the web site and have a simple question- the rule that allows htw armed scutarii to also have jls-
does this apply just to the allied scutarii that require a spanish general or also to the scutarii available as part of the basic list as well. some of the list rules seem specific to allied scutarii but this rule errata did not specify

same question for elements of Irr A with Scutarii from man list-not allied

Um, the wording was specific, to wit:

Extra to give any HTW-armed Spanish Scutarii JLS @ 3 pts....any

"Any" means, well, "any".

As for the Irr A, it is specific. Only allied Spanish get that upgrade.

And I screwed it up that time as well.

Of course this is a great example of how searching in here first might have resulted in the correct answer being found instead of giving me another chance to screw up something.
