How D,
I am on leave and, it's been awhile.

Sorry to be a PITA but, "Oi !!! I'm New 2 The Game Mate". If correct, the limits on units (aka Reg/Irreg command factors) have gone the way of the buffalo. The numbers of each are now governed by points available ?? Yes, no??? If yes, does this apply to detachments ???
