Line 7 extra to camel proof Nobles and Horse archer, @3pt if HC @2pts if LC. 0-1/3

The line only lists costs for HC and LC. Were EHC left off intentionally? If so that means that you can't camel proof Nobles in the late period. This stikes me as odd as camels are allowed in the army in both periods. Does this line apply to Saka allies?

As for the Saka, it probably wasn't an oversite but I need to look up a few things...and check with Bill. Smile
