who sells pre cut stands for 15's and 25's now a days?

Gale Force Nine does nice laser cut bases in almost any size you could need. Look under econo bases on there web site.

Litko has them for 15mm as a stock item. I don't have any 25's so don't know if they are stock. They will make whatever size you want. They are laser cut plywood, and they have them in several thicknesses.

Renaissance Ink has them for 25's in a couple thicknesses.
