Note, Ed, that Mark does have some SHK...having NO SHK won't work.
However, your Feudal Germans in the Late period can get SHK...you just then have to decide what kind of Feudal G army, Imperial (more flexible, worse knights) or Feudal.

Luckily, my army is the Army of Rudolf I of Hapsburg(1273).
So the SHK are an option.
When Matt and I were building the army, we used the old
list so we have had to tweak it somewhat with the new
list, which I actually like.
I read a book "Otto of the Silver Hand" by Howard Pyle many
years ago and loved it. I build the army from that book as
a base.
I saved most of the threat about the "Wreaking Ball Feudal German"
as a way to build an army.
When I finish with the Hoplite theme. I will look more at the
Feudal German.
I will probably need your expertise at my lists when the time
comes.
