Hello all

Having played the battle of Bouvines, we came to the Oriflamme of the French ost, regarded as sacred standart.
I know that in Warrior, you don't need to be in the 240 paces of ennemies and mowing and the radius of its benefice is 480 paces to being eager, but I think it's very expensive for just those advantages!
Do we missed something?

Yours Robert

Sadly, you have missed nothing.

Sacred Standards, especially for Regulars, are generally not taken.

You might take one, for Irregulars, if you had a primarily Irr D/C army...that is, you were attempting to benefit the maximum number of inexpensive troops.

Why not just make the benefit radius simple line-of-site to the sacred standard unless blocked by intervening terrain like trees or hills, etc.?
