Sorry yet another one from me. I'll stop soon I promise!

One thing I noticed in my last game is that only mounted receive fatigue for charging (Impetuous also adds fatigue for everyone)

I just want to check I have that right - the bullet point does mention 1 fatigue for a continuous charge over consecutive bounds but nothing for foot on the initial charge move?

You are reading that correctly.

Non-impetuous foot who did not charge on the previous bound take no fatigue for charging.

So mounted take the 2 for charging, often 1 for being impetuous, and note the following take an additional fatigue when charging, presumably from the weight of the load: all K, SHC, and HCh. This means that knights who charge impetuously, for example, immediately take 4 fatigue. This matters in many ways, but most prominently because if they took 1 CPF in prep (or support) shooting they will now hit tired (but still impetuous).

Thanks Mark - does counter charging count the same as charging?

So if a mounted (Non SH) counter charges they'd get fatigue

Also if a foot unit charged but failed to catch evaders and then was charged next bound and counter charged would they get the fatigue continuous charging?

Yes, counter-charging incurs the same fatigue as charging. The only difference is that counter-charges cannot be impetuous (see list rules for exceptions).

Charge fatigue is incurred at the point a charge is initiated. Whether that charge subsequently converts into a pursuit does not matter. In other words, if my light cav charges yours, and you evade, then I take 2 fatigue for charging. If, on the next bound, I charge you again and again you evade, I take 2 more fatigue for the charge, and another fatigue for charging consecutive bounds.

Yes, if a foot unit charged in bound X and charged OR counter-charged in bound X+1, they take a fatigue in X+1.

Don't worry Ed - So long as I have a question I will ask (the authors really are too good to us answering so quickly)
