Scott here.

Has anybody else *consistently* gotten the following error when trying to access the site or post a comment:

Critical Error: Could not connect to database.

The key here is consistently. It happens to be once in a while but I've got one user who it happens to all the time. I'm doing research on the subject and have some items to follow but want to know if this is widespread or concentrated to one or two users.
