Is this a 15m or 25 mm tournament?
Last year's web site mentioned taking the train there, the Amtrak site makes it looks like a 24 hour trip up and a 24 hour trip back. So arriving around lunch time on Friday and leaving Sunday morning would match tournament schedule?
Any hotel recommendations? |

I will be one of those people who poke themselves where they don't belong. Forgive me Ewan. He is my liege lord, Arthur, King of the Britons.
More than likely,(it always has been) on the Saturday of the convention.
It has always been 25mm. I may speak out of turn but BillL has loaned armies before.
I would loan an army but forewarned they are not winners. You might pay for the "B" and "A" upgrades but in reality when I roll they act like "D"s.
Hope to see you there!

Council of 5 Nations is a pretty fun event.
3 rounds - most people are able to make all 3
It has been (historically) 25mm and 1600 points with PRESET terrain - 3.5 hour battles starting at 9am.
Sat Oct 6th

Let me say again how much I appreciate the support I am receiving this year from Dan (especially), Matt K, and the rest of the NE gang. Thanks, folks.
Looking as though we might have as any as 18 which would be swell.
So, details.
**1400** points. Any current published list. Aiming for 7x5' tables, but quite possible we'll end up on 6x5 depending on availability. 3 hour rounds.
Arrive *by 8.45 please* for game 1 to start at 9. 9-12, 12.30-3.30, 3.45-6.45 should get everyone back on the road by 7 *or* allow for dinner afterward. If people still try to skip out after two rounds I will throw things and make it 5-hour games next year...
Speaking of dinner: dinner event Friday night. Guessing most likely is at my place, and I promise that the wine is good (and will still be rated as good even if Frank shows up) but PLEASE let me know if you will be in the area at Friday dinner time so that I can plan.
By special request: Fall In general's character rules. JLS-armed cav fight 1.5 ranks against enemy foot.
Also by special request: EHC do NOT skirmish .
Please: DO get in touch and let me know your plans to play, to eat, or even just to stop by and drink beer. |

My understanding is FallIn - every jls fights rank and a half - but that may have changed - still not sure I can make it, but working on it |
