Are Asarvan Clibanarii EHC and Asarvan Catafractarii SHC allowed to be in the same unit? They are both Irr B and I know SHC/EHC of the same order can mix in generals units, but I don't see anything explicitly allowing these two different types to mix.

I don't believe so.

The way to get around that is to have your generals as SHC (shielded, to boot!) and give them a rear rank of (shieldless, for efficiency) EHC.

Three such units seem to be enough.
