I was looking at the various Arab lists and think I noticed a discrepancy. The lists that get Arab foot that can be mounted on camels (Arab Conquest, Arab Dynasty, Fatimid Egyptian) all get the following rule:

"Foot that can purchase camels for mounted infantry may use them as a tethered
animal, portable obstacle. If so used, not every element needs to be “mounted”, just enough to cover whatever frontage is desired."

The exception to this is Arab Imperial. Is this an oversight, or was there no evidence of camels as an obstacle during that period?

There's no evidence they were used.

I can revisit this at some point.
