I hope everyone and their families are safe and well!

I wanted to give a quick update on the NESR:
We have been watching the guidelines for Outdoor events and seems to be inline with a full GO! (I have attached CT Covid19 FAQ)

Connecticut:
On Tuesday, June 16, 2020, Governor Lamont announced updated guidance for indoor and outdoor gatherings for Phase II and Phase III plans.
The provisions are as follows: Effective June 17:
• Indoor private gatherings – 25 people
• Outdoor gatherings – 100 people (including War Gamming )
• Outdoor event venues (e.g. amphitheaters, race tracks) – 25% of fire capacity and distancing (consistent with outdoor amusement parks)

Dinner: (Friday and Saturday): Bill has graciously agreed to host an open dinner event (Outside) on both Friday and Saturday

That being said: 12 - 14 people are YES (tentative) please confirm your arrival and yes on which dinners days for food also Hotel or Woodstock!
(for early arrivals we might be able to squeeze you for Friday (evening 1200 point game, we can throw tables out for you and some chair) but we need to see the schedule, and you guys can coordinate among your selves.

Mask: Connecticut is a MASK state at this moment for gatherings, so please bring a mask for larger game day.


JULY 11 (NESR)

Dates: 11th July (One Day)
People can arrive the night before and can leave Sat night or Sunday Morning. We can try to arrange a dinner or two!

EVENT: WILL BE OUTSIDE (best way to social distance) (RAIN OR SHINE)
Format = 1600 points (open format)
Tables = Preset
Umpire = Todd
Start Time: 8:45 am-ish (3 rounds)
Lists: Lists must be FHE with correcting errata available from the forum. Biblical Warrior lists must come from the online, pdf-only version. Dark Age, Holy Warrior and Feudal lists (and any new books launch pre-this date) must come from the Second Edition booklets (online). African Warrior/NWW Theme lists allowed.

Notes on the Event
Food = Catered/Provided (pizza and such) Will have coolers of Water/Drinks..also bring your own Food and Beer if you want
Sanitizing: Each player will get a bottle of hand sanitizer
Sun Screen: Will be provided!

1: Camping: outside at Bill's is open to all! (WOODSTOCK)
2: Hotels: Norwalk/Wilton CT Area (See below)!
