How can intercepting Generals remain with shaken units for a complete bound, if (due to Retreat Orders) the shaken body Retires/Marches away every bound? This is particularly an issue when the shaken unit moves faster than the general (e.g. shaken LC and LHI General). Does the interception override the Retreat Order? Many thanks. |

No, a general intercepting a unit doesn't "slow it down" or stop it. If it's under Retreat orders...there it goes.
You'd have to get the general ahead of it such that said general remains in contact with it for the full required time...and often even that won't be possible. |
