Basically, they couldn't find a convention director, dearth of volunteers and sounds more like a venue that would work.

Doesn't really matter, it's not happening.

I'm still committed to coming back for something in that time frame (which may or may not be a good thing depending on who one talks to).

I know that the NE guys have promoted Council of 5 Nations and that's great but timing is poor (for me this year at least).

Perhaps we can come up with something more informal but that would still allow for Doubles at least on a Saturday.

This sucks because we had a great Friday planned: Fast Warrior followed by Circus Maximus.

I can probably get an ancients event organized early next year(only Warrior) - 10-12 tables in Cleveland - but doubt you would get many people here- and not two events I dont think
I believe the folks in Florida offered
