*”Mainland or Eastern Greeks” means any troops (including generals) or upgrades names as Athenian, Arcadian/Argive/Philiasian, Thracian or Cretan, and any Thessalian, Spartan, Theban, Ionian/Aeolian or Bosporan allied contingent or CinC. As an exception, troops designated as “Aitollian/Acarnanian” may be brought as Sikels or Bruttians/Lucanians. Up to ½ of Sikel or Bruttian/Lucanian LMI may be upgraded to Irr B @ 3 pts.
