Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

See the actual CW 2026 entry for all the usual details on format. What follows are for the Doubles tourney on Saturday:

One army list, Feudal Warrior #39, WOTR. 1800pts.

Scouting:

-Armies, regardless of scouting, may set up 120p from centerline.
-Board Side: If outscouting opponent 3:1, +1 on die roll, otherwise, high die wins.
-Command Placement: If outscouting opponent 3:1, +1 on die roll, high die wins.

List Restrictions:
-No Ditched Palisades.
-No unemplaced stakes.
-All EHK must be upgraded to SHK.
-Shields must be removed from all SHK.


Theme Rules:
-MI/HI Billmen movement rules: Tactical move now 120p. March on 3. The X-Rule allowing +40p on “up” rolls (+5 or +6) will apply. None of these benefits apply to units including troops upgraded to EHI.
-Shire Billmen may be upgraded to Reg C @ 4pts for 0-1/2 of each unit.
-EHI Billmen/Pikemen do not suffer extra fatigue for full tactical/march moves.
