This is a great segue, Greg. That sentence in quotes is essentially the WRG7
rule. Yet, we changed it because 'full available march move' is a completely
useless statement. If a LC unit starts bound one in my rear zone, is full
available all five segments? As many as I can until stopped along any route I
choose? As many segments as I want?
As there are many, many ways this LC could march, 'full available' is
nondescript. In its literal form it makes the LC march in a zigzag so it gets
in all five segments in before it gets stopped by marching enemy or terrain.

As we struggle to get this right once and for all, I am sure willing to take
suggestions, but I can tell you 'full available march move' (or its equivalent
in other wording) will NOT be the answer. It simply does not work.

What was happening under WRG7? No one I know was checking orders on bound one,
that's what. And that may even be the way we go....it is one of the better
possibilities at this point.

Jon
