Hi all, still looking at lists, but any tournaments
coming up soon? There had been talk of something at

We will be getting together over at Big Dave's next Saturday, as well as
tonight. We have about six to eight guys showing up for next weekend, so it is
almost a tournament.

When is this convention you are talking about?

Also, have you picked an army?

Hello, new guy here, just picked up a copy of Warrior two days ago in fact.

How about the East Coast? Any tournaments or other Warrior events going on
around the Maryland/DC area?

Mark,

Twistercon is 12-13 April in Oklahoma City. I believe the is the same
weekend as Chimeracon.
Call to Arms is 3 May in Kansas City (if memory serves me correctly)
I am planning another Warrior tournament at Lone Star Comics in May, I just
have to confirm the dates first.

Shootout" or something. Qualify somebody for the NICT.

Greg, No, no army yet, I was somewhat waitinng on the
new book, now that is a too far in the future. I'll
dig for old lists and go from there. Maybe Med
Spanish/Port or Early Byz, but that is almost late
roman.

I will also look at some of the Arabs, Fanatic Berber
or Abbasid/Dynastic Beduoin...

The con was Chimeracon, actually, 1st weekend in May,
I had thought I read som,ewhere someone from here was
running a warrior or trying to run a warrior tourney
at it. Maybe a pipe dream.. or someone spoke before
looking, either way, it looks to be a smallish venue
event, always has been.

I'll just have to shift gear in my head to Warrior
again, Mark

No pipe dream. Dave Beeson had mention that he was going to organize a
tournament at the tournament. I would be big Dave call and check with him.
Are you going to Dave's this weekend?

Will anyone on this list be at Cowpens (Clemson, SC) April 11-13? I will be
