below is a diagram of the combat
the 48 MI JLS SH win overall hth vs the three other units
the other units: the one on the left loses and recoils tired
the center one recoils disordered and tired
the one on the right beats the 48 man unit in hand
to hand and does not recoil
the other two recoil and do not break off
the 48 man unit follows up by stepping forward?
at least that is what we did
is that part right
if so then the 48 man unit is behind the final flank of the far right unit
does this count as enemy behind flank for morale purposes?

The diagram is scrambled, but I can tell you that if one of your opponents does
not recoil, you cannot follow up.
*If*, through some other action (such as echeloning forward in a converted
charge), a body ends up fighting an enemy to its front and also has elements
behind that enemy's flank, that does count for unease.

You need to specify your font and font size so others can reconstruct
the spacing
