Are the "large and uncontrollable" Spanish military orders supposed
to be in the Feudal Spanish list somewhere? Are they just Irr B
hidalgos like the rest? I see their foot can upgrade to Reg but do
not see any option for the hidalgos to go to either Reg or to Irr A
(hermangildas being something else I presume given the small
numbers).
