Mark,

Look in the bottom drawer of your dresser. That's where I always lose mine.

So, this is a bad omen. A week to go before I leave for Historicon, and I've
misplaced the bag that has all my dice and rulers in it. The rulers are easy
enough to redo, and ordinary D6 are easy enough to come by. Anybody have any
idea where I could order average dice online, though? If I have to wait until
Historicon and pick them up there, that's OK, but a bit of a hassle. I'd rather
have everything taken care of ahead of time.

FHE sells the dice (as does Silver Eagle, obviously...)

I'll bring my extra stash as well...

Mark - it turns out that the FHE sales page actually offers average
dice. I'm betting this is really Jake, so a direct email might work
better.

Perhaps not. New dice might be just what you need. If in doubt, you could
always check the auguries before deciding, eh?

I am unaware of any Greek or Roman (or any other, for that matter) general
using hamsters for this purpose. Miniature soldiers is one thing, but....

Well, my son Alex and I have been watching the "Empire" mini-series on ABC. On
the basis of that I've now concluded that what I really need is a Vestal Virgin
on my side. Then there's no limit to what I can accomplish....

But a hamsterīs liver is too small to be read...
Emilio.

Sadly goats and sheep are too big and expensive to use in this way., Hence

the hamster. After all, given that we're playing miniature games, it was

thought that a "miniature" sacrifice was the way to go... :)

Exactly! So I can make up whatever results I want. Smile And I don't even
need to bribe the priest...

Call Jake Kovel at 1-860-651-6166. He's the most reliable person I know that is
also a merchant.
