This is primarily for Ed Whittaker, although it might benefit the whole group.
Sorry, Ed, I cannot find your personal email and you have not listed your name
(that I could see) on the egroup members list.

I just got done reading the notes you sent me. I know it has been a while, but
I work down the stack either first come first served, or by interruption if I am
working on something in particular.
I want you to know that I read every word you wrote. While we agreed with some
and did not with others, most of what you suggested would be in the category of
list rules. I am forwarding all of those ideas to Scott H to look at as we
write lists. This means, however, that even if we do use some of that stuff, it
will not be appearing in the basic rulebook. I want you to know that we have
considered it all and did not blow you off. You went to a lot of trouble to put
all of that together, and we very much appreciate it.
