There is a very nice way to base Regular loose order foot, so that it
can also be used for close order.

Basically, you are taking a strip of 60mm by 30mm sheet plastic and
applying two 60mm x 5mm strips to each edge with glue (I use 527
Bond). The 60mm by 20mm section fits in the center, but is not glued.
You should fit it tight enough that it will not come out without
flexing the plastic strip a bit. If you do a good job flocking, the
seems on the top just melt away.

What makes this process even better is if you are able to make a very
long strip of these, and cut them to 60mm after you are done. This
makes the fit so perfect that the side seems are close to invisible.

I uploaded a JPG of this technique into the files section. I like
this method much better than any other I have seen, because the seems
are basically almost invisible if you do it right.

Take care ... G

P.S. for Scott. Chris Tebo showed me some figures this weekend that
he 'dipped'. It made servicable bodies out of some very poor to
average paint jobs. Thank you for the tip. I'm looking at that old
stuff I bought for .25 cents a figure, in a new way!
