as I said, we will look at a host of official optional and experimental
rules when the rulebook is done. Please hang on to your ideas until I call for
them or you run the risk of me losing track of what you asked for.

That's a goal. The new rulebook will be lut before then. But x-rules in a
tourney is up to MASAMW, not FHE.

I've forgotten the timelines for the new rulebook, but the High Medieval theme
at H-Con would be an excellent opportunity to take your x-rules out for a spin.

Since you're a smart guy, I'm probably only stating the obvious.
