In Holy Warrior list 8, I have a couple of questions/comments. First
off, should not the cost to reduce HC to Irr be -6 per element not -
3. As you have it written Irr B Ghulams with L,B,Sh cost 33 per
element. This should be 30. Notice the cost of the Qarakhanid shock
cav Irr B L,B, Sh at 30 points. The only way to reconcile this is to
make the reduction -6 rather than -3. Also chapter 17 of Warrior
shows all irr cav at 2 points less per figure (6 per element in the
case of HC). In the same line, it allows for the reduction of the
generals to Irr from Reg. This would make the generals Irr A
correct? Is that the intent? Also would not the reduction form Reg
to Irr net you a savings of 15 from the PA standard, and a saving of
5 from the P standard? If so reducing the CINC should be -19 not -2
as written, and reducing the subs should be -9 not -2 as written. If
you are not trying to account for the standars, the reduction should
still be -4 not -2.
