Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

The new "interpretation" on foot's response to incendiaries is
contrary to how we have been playing in Australia and to my mind makes
incendiaries much weaker against foot and therefore much much less
desirable than formerly.

My view on who should be able to have them is as possible -

1 - you may have them if your list says you can have them and only if
under the conditions stated in the particular list (this may require
consideration of expanding who can have them as well as perhaps new
conditions)
2 - you may have them under conditions yet to be stated in Siege
Warrior if that supplement is being used in a given game or tournament
(to give John and co more time to think about it)
3 - otherwise no-one may take incendiary missiles.
